The company Xenos Group Hotels, following its guests demand for a new small luxury hotel that will offer customised service of high standards, has decided the construction of a new unit, the Zante Maris Suites.The hotel operating for adults only who will be treated individually. Located in the famous resort of Tsilivi, the hotel is set amidst a forest of olive trees on the top of a hill with panoramic views of the Ionian sea, offering high levels of privacy and tranquillity but at the same time is a stone's throw away from the lively resort, where a number of restaurants, bars and leisure facilities are offered.

We returned last Saturday from two blissful weeks at The Zante Maris Suites. From start to finish the stay was fantastic. It's such a relaxing, chilled out place 😊 The service from the reception team was amazing. We had a rental car for our stay and the team spent time recommending where to go and what to do, they were super helpful. The app is brilliant, whenever we had a request we did it through the app and it was dealt with immediately. We stayed Bed & Breakfast, the service in the restaurant is brilliant and the food offering great. We had a Suite with a private pool. The view is breathtaking. The suite was cleaned to perfection every day and the housekeeping staff are so friendly. I cannot recommend this place strongly enough. The staff are so friendly and helpful and it's spotlessly clean. We'll be back!!! It was my birthday and our wedding anniversary during our stay. Thanks Zante Maris Suites Team for making our visit so special 🙏🏻🤗😎

This year was our fourth visit to Zante Maris and it was just as wonderful as always. Every single thing about the hotel is perfect, the food, the staff and the rooms are spot on too. We’re now debating another trip back later this year! Thank you again for making our holiday each year so fabulous!

Absolutely amazing stay! The hotel exceeded all my expectations — beautiful, clean rooms with stunning views, excellent service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The location is ideal, close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. I especially loved the breakfast selection and the relaxing spa treatments. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect holiday experience. I can’t wait to return!

Lovely hotel & great staff.

This hotel is lovely, we spent a very relaxing week, the staff are all very welcoming and friendly. It is up a very steep hill but you can use the app or calm the hotel and one of the lively porters comes and gets you. Handy if you have heavy bags! The rooms are spacious and have lovely views. We will definitely return at some point.
