Zante Park Resort & Spa, BW Premier Collection

I would rate this hotel as 4.5* All staff are very friendly and so helpful. Breakfast to suit everyone . Food at snack bar served till 8 pm and very well Presented very clean and towels and bedding changed regularly , will deffinately return again, plenty to do within walking distance , and excilent Beach very near. Plenty of trips and food venues about 10:15 min walk . And bus stop 5min walk to center of Zakinthos . All I scan say is thank you for making our stay so enjoyable .aldo subbed were well available and plenty of them .👏👏

From the moment we got there the service was 5 star and the hotel was spotless. We stayed in the annexe with a sun terrace/ swim up room and it was fabulous. Claire one of the managers explained that there had been rainfall which carried over red dust from Africa... so our pool was undergoing cleaning. It did take a day to get back to sparkling water but they worked very hard ensuring this was dealt with. In the meantime we used the main pool and facilities which were great too. Our room was spotless with high quality bedlinen and additional padded mattresses for our sunloungers at our pool. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh pool and bathroom towels provided alongside a bathrobe and slippers. The pool comprised of a large pool which was about 2.7meters deep (great for exercise), a medium pool which went up to above the waist/chest and a small pool for either small children but also had spa jets if you preferred to just sit. The food was great, really fresh and well stocked. Lots of variety but we did choose to eat out on a couple of evenings in the town. For fine dining I'd recommend Hamsa a small taxi ride away. Closer is a restaurant called Panos also great quality and always busy. The pool bar operates from 10am until 11pm and the local drinks are ok ... better than other countries I have been all inclusive at. "Jun and Stanis" behind the bar were lovely and looked after us the whole time. Overall the staff worked as a fantastic team and ensured everyone was well looked after. They even brought a fruit platter and fizz to my room for my 50th at 8am ( organised via my husband). Taxis can be ordered from reception and cost about 20 Euro into Zakynthos town or you can get a bus for about 3 Euro. The busses get busy and are very hot. There was no fight for sunloungers by the main pool when we went there but it was the beginning of the season but there are plenty to go round. I would definitely recommend this hotel for location, quality and service. We will be back x

Where do I start !!!What a fantastic hotel the staff are amazing from reception to bar staff & cleaners all gave such a warm welcome nothing was too much trouble We had the swim up pool suite what an amazing luxurious room everything was spotless and well maintained with dressing gowns & slippers and abundance of toiletries and clean fresh bath towels and pool towels everyday The restaurant also had a fantastic choice of food to suit all palettes we eaten like kings for the week the staff are very friendly and helpful There is also the pool buffet area with a selection of hot & cold food with abundance of teas & coffees and cold beverages The pool area is amazing 2 large pools one with a jacuzzi and a swim up bar The bar staff are very friendly and helpful There is also other amenities on size such as gym /spa pool tables ETC Walked down to beach which was 5 mins walk we found this very pleasant and stopped of for a coffee plenty of bars & shops Were very sad to go home but looking forward to returning again Hotel Zante park we have had such a fantastic experience x

Not been to zante in a while , this was my fist holiday since my husband passed away, and the zante park didn't disappoint, as soon as we got there we got upgraded to a private pool room, food was as you would expect in an all inclusive, rooms very clean with fresh towels daily, nothing was to much for the staff, always helpful, would definitely recommend for a visit. Will definitely try to return next year

Last day in this hotel, hotel is spotless throughout rooms cleaned daily. Restaurant is pleasant and staff very pleasant and hardworking, food is lovely breakfast was our favorite. Bar and reception staff very helpful and gave great customer service. Location is perfect quite area but 5 min walk to the beach, shops and restaurants, and only 10 minutes from the main strip. Definitely recommend it.
