We stated in a two person villa and had a terrible experience. On our first night there was a lizard in our room and another animal making noise in the loft which we could not see. We expressed our concern to staff who provided little to no help on the matter. We were told was it ok to wait until morning which was not ok. We slept on the floor of our friend’s villa that night which we all got a terrible sleep. In the morning we again expressed our concerns asking to stay in another villa which there wasn’t any. It was at this case with no help from staff or even a sorry off any staff that we asked for a refund for that night as we did not sleep there due to animals in the room. We were met with ‘have to ask the manager’ to the manager not answering or texting back. In the end the ‘manager’ finally got back and said we could not get a refund as it was booked through booking.com. This is terrible service altogether. On top of that, the pool is dirty, the bedding is full of marks under the duvet also. You cannot sleep either with all the noise around the villas.
